A branded, single-link experience built around a campaign. Someone adds a selfie and gets back a picture of themselves in your world, with your branding on it and worth posting. To unlock it, they give you their email, and it goes straight into your automation.
PeakeFest’s zebra selfie generator was built at this level, and so were the Temple’s Gorgon Army battle cards and the Halloween vibe creator. The engine is proven. What you are paying for is your version of it: the scenes, the branding, the email gate and the follow-up, designed for your campaign.

Level 02 · Conversational AI for communities
Assistant Build

A guide that knows everything you know.
A conversational AI built on a deep body of your own knowledge: your courses, your methodology, your events, your library, your help pages. It holds a proper conversation, works out what someone actually needs, and guides them to it. It is not built to make pictures. It is built to make your community easier to navigate and your expertise available when you are not.
MAVIS and the Graeae Sisters were built at this level. MAVIS lives inside ECHO, answers from its own documentation, shows her source and hands over to a human when she is out of her depth. The Graeae guide members of the Temple to the course, expert or event that will actually move them, as three sisters with one eye and a very particular set of rules.

Level 03 · Multi-API software

Software that runs a business, not a campaign.
A complete piece of software: several AI models and outside services working together, user accounts, payments, dashboards and approval flows, and the architecture to hold it all up once people start relying on it. These builds take months, and they are scoped and quoted as projects because no two of them are alike.
ECHO was built at this level: a voice note goes in, and a fortnight of posts comes out in the founder’s own voice, ready to approve and schedule, with MAVIS built in to answer questions. ETCH, the image engine that keeps a person recognisable across every scene, is the next one.

The boring answers
The questions a price list usually leaves open.
What does the "from" price get me?
A complete, launched build at that level, not a deposit or a discovery phase. The price rises with scope: more scenes, more integrations, a bigger body of knowledge, more places it has to live.
You get a written quote against your actual scope before anything starts, and if your budget does not reach what you have described, you will hear that in the first conversation.
Why is Level 03 priced per project?
Because a platform is defined by what it connects to and who uses it, and those are different every time. A fixed price for an unknown shape of software is either padded or wrong.
It is scoped with you first, then quoted as a project, with the running costs modelled alongside it.
What does it cost to run after launch?
Hosting is typically tens of pounds a month. Anything with AI in it also carries a usage cost, paid to the AI provider, which is usually pennies per picture or conversation.
It is modelled against your real traffic before you commit, and capped or rate-limited in the software, so a busy day cannot become a surprise bill.
Can we start at one level and add another later?
Yes, and it is often the right way round. The Temple runs both: the Gorgon Army battle cards are a Level 01 build that welcomes every new member, and the Graeae Sisters are a Level 02 build that guides them once they are in.
Starting smaller puts something in front of real people sooner, and what they ask for tells you what to build next.
Who owns what gets built?
You do: the code, the knowledge base, the prompts and the accounts, written into the agreement rather than implied. Hosting and services are set up in your name from the start, so leaving is never a negotiation.
