Interactive masterclasses
Nobody remembers your slides. They remember what they built.
An interactive masterclass website replaces the deck with a private site that has your method built into it as working software. Attendees open it on their own device, work through it with you, and leave with the finished output: the brief written, the palette chosen, the plan done. It’s the difference between a good talk and a day they talk about.
Most live teaching ends with notes. The attendee means to apply it later, later never comes, and the value of the day quietly evaporates. The fix isn’t better slides. It’s making sure the work gets done in the room, while you’re there to help.
Each section of your day becomes a room on the site, in your brand, with a tool inside that turns the attendee’s own answers into a finished result. You teach the idea, they press the button, and the output is theirs to keep.
What goes in the rooms
Whatever you’d normally ask people to do with a worksheet, done by software instead, so the result is finished rather than started.
- Your custom GPTs, rebuilt to run inside the page, so nobody needs a ChatGPT account
- Questionnaires that write the finished document: a voice brief, a positioning statement, an offer, a plan
- Brand and visual tools that turn answers into a direction someone can hand to a designer
- Your story and credentials, as a room of its own rather than the slide everyone skims
- A closing room that lists exactly what each person is taking home
Built for a full room
The real test is fifty people opening the same page at the same moment on venue wifi. Every page is built for that: the first screen loads in a few hundred kilobytes, and each room loads its images and tools only when someone opens it.
The AI runs through a small server of its own, so the key never reaches anyone’s browser and nobody has to sign up for anything. A branded password screen keeps it private to the people who were there.
Worth more after the day
The site doesn’t have to close when the room empties. Keep it open for thirty days so people can finish, for the length of a programme, or turn it into the paid follow-on product for the people who weren’t there.
The evidence
The Expert Empires Masterclass: six rooms, four AI tools, around fifty people, and not one slide.
The boring answers
Asked and answered, without the discovery call.
What is an interactive masterclass website?
A private website built for your event, with your teaching laid out as rooms and working tools inside them. Attendees work through it on their own device while you teach, and leave with finished work rather than notes.
Do my attendees need accounts or apps?
No. Everything runs in the browser. There’s no sign-up, no download and no ChatGPT login, which is what keeps a room of fifty moving together.
I already have custom GPTs. Can you use them?
Yes. They’re usually the starting point. Each one is rebuilt as a step-by-step tool inside the page, in your brand and your language, producing the same kind of result without anyone leaving the room.
Does it work for online events too?
Yes. The site doesn’t care where people are sitting. It works the same for a live room, a Zoom workshop or a self-paced programme.
How private is it?
It sits behind a branded password screen with a password you share on the day, and it isn’t linked from anywhere public. For anything sensitive, the hosting platform’s own password protection can sit behind that as well.
What happens to it after the event?
Your choice. Close it after a set period, keep it open for your programme’s members, or turn it into a product you sell to people who couldn’t attend.
Tell me what you are trying to build.
Describe the problem rather than the specification. Working out what it actually needs to be is the first part of the job.
